A big mahalo to everyone that came out to support the Waikalua Fish Pond cleanup and beautification project. 🌊🐟Thinking of #EarthDay, your hard work and efforts made an incredible difference in keeping Hawaii beautiful and preserving Hawaiian culture for future generations.
Partnered with the Windward Rotary Lunch Club and the Kaneohe Rotary Club, the annual Fish Pond Clean up at the Waikalua Loko I'a Fish pond in Kaneohe was a success! Rotarians and community leaders cut mangrove, foliage, cleaned the area to make it safe for our keiki, and scrubbed up the fish tanks. Each person was a huge contributor to the beautification and preservation of our cherished Hawaiian fish ponds.
