We had the pleasure of having Dr. James Shon present on his paper: LOSING OUR WAY IN PUBLIC EDUCATION.  He sited several areas where there are areas for improvement in today's public and private education process, and how there should be allowed to take more risks and make changes to provide better education for our students.  His paper can be found at:
