Gerald "Jerry" Clay, Esq: "Leadership & Mediation"

Gerald S. (Jerry) Clay is a 40-year construction industry legal veteran and proud Rotarian. A founding partner of his law firm, his professional focus in on the continuing needs of developers, design professional, contractors, subcontractors, engineers, material suppliers and sureties – both large and small. Co-author of the popular “Before You Sue” introduction to mediation, he has also published many learned articles and books on construction law and alternative dispute resolution. Today, he is recognized pioneer in ADR application to construction and business. A graduate of the University of Michigan School of Law, Mr. Clay received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Pittsburg. He is an adjunct professor at Hawaii Pacific University’s MBA program and has served as adjunct professor at the University of Hawaii Law School, teaching construction law. Mr. Clay is a popular and frequent lecturer on the topics of mediation and construction law and is active in Rotary International Service Projects across the globe. |

We understand it's disappointing that the Rotary International Convention was unable to go forward as planned in Honolulu on Saturday, June 6. Let's connect for good by instead meeting at Kalama Beach Park on that day from 8:00 am-10:00 am and gathering waste off our beaches.
